Instead of "|n" newline in tooltip, is it possible to leave out half a line (like under "Requires:")

I am trying to emulate the "Requires: - SOME TECH" yellow text seen in tooltips of abilities that have some tech requirement.
But I want to fully replicate that text in a regular tooltip text, without actually having set a tech requirement.
I was able to replicate most of it seamlessly, except for the space bellow the "Requires: - SOME TECH" part, which is too big when I use |N for newline.

i don't understand the question, it's exactly the same

Mayday, it is not.
This is the result when the ability has a regular tech requirement:

This is the result trying to emulate it by putting the following text in the tooltip field: |c00FFFF00Requires:|N- leave Combat|r|N|Ndescription text here

Ctrl+Enter has the same result as |N

oh, that is not how I understood your question at all.

Well, anyways, If i understand it correctly now, your goal doesn't make much sense, as the images i posted above have a different sized gap due to user settings (extended tooltips).

You can remake the frame entirely if you want, but otherwise, no simple solution.
