Each trigger runs separately for each player right?

Such as if there were a button that a player would press then it does not mean the trigger that results from pressing the button won't happen to all the other players right?

All triggers execute synchronously as required to play StarCraft II.

This is why user input events have latency and make net traffic as they need to be synchronized with all players before the event can execute (send to server but only run event when the server sends out the message to everyone including yourself).
