Is there any program where u can record a part of the game (making it viewable on media player, winamp, etc)with?

I heard about this that there are certain specific programs, but I do not know any of them (names or links or something) so if somebody could post a link or something here, it would be great.

You can probably use FRAPS. It can record AVI video segments from any game using DirectX. I'm not sure if Warcraft uses DirectX, but you should give it a try.
