yes, it should be. Go to buff's, look for the Inferno Spell, and change the image for the one u want. It must be under one of the "Art-" data fields.

I see you want to change the blue stun icon when the inferno falls from the sky and stun everyone but there isnt any field with the blue buff?

Yes, I want to change the overhead stun art, but the spell only has "infernal" buff, which is used for displaying expiration timer. I could not find a field for stun effect.

Create a new buff based on bash and try to do it that way or I dont know how else..
