Do you mean increase the limit of tiles? The maximum is 16. You can use Jass NewGen for it. Just go to Extensions -> Edit Tileset. Select the tiles you want. Then press OK and let it save for you. (don't save after that) Immediately close WE and reopen it to see the tiles.
