''Bonus Life Decay'' determines how fast extra HP (over the draining unit's maximum) will go back to normal. But I believe you can't go over the max HP of a unit anymore, since some patch.
"Bonus Life Factor" is the factor that determines how much HP you get for every 1 HP drained.
"Bonus Life Factor" is the factor that determines how much HP you get for every 1 HP drained.
