Improving NewGen

Heyya my computer is slow a littlebit
and it started to give error when I run NewGen

1- Sometimes it doesnt get opened
2- It gives error when I loaded my map and run trigger editor
3- And WE (not newgen) gives error on saving even if codes are okay

Is there a way to boost their performance ?

These actually sound like rather serious issues to me. You should go report them to PipeDream at Wc3c and see if he has a solution for you.
