I was looking at downloading some new terrain for a map i was making, but when i looked at something like:

Import the skin to the following path:
TerrainArt\Icecrown\Ice_DarkIce.blp

The skin will replace the following unit/doodad/texture/interface:
Ice_DarkIce.blp

I dont know what its talking about. How do i do it?

+ Rep if it works:infl_thumbs_up:

do you know how to import files?

if not look here, it's for importing a model but the principle is the same

Now once you have imported the file, simply double click it, up will come a screen with info on the file, check the box that says "use custom path", and then in the space (there is only one space) replace the old path with "TerrainArt\Icecrown\Ice_DarkIce.blp"

Once you've done that whenever you try to place the Dark Ice Tile it will show the one you've imported.

If you're still confused I'll try and explain more clearly but I hope thi clears it up.

If its not working try sending us your map and we can import it for you, if you want to.
