importing skins

when importing a skin that is to overite something say, like the arthas model. how would i be able to use the original arthas model file and still have the new one i imported

Create a copy of the original arthas model with let os say, magos model editor, then give the skin so it don't overwrite the original skin and then give the copied arthas the downloaded skin.
