Importing cliffs

Anyone know how to import a cliff? Like, i saw a game where it had dirt cliffs, manmade cliffs, and snow cliffs.

It tells you to import the cliff texture to ReplaceableTextures\Cliff\Cliff0.blp

i mean like to have different cliffs from different tilesets in one map. How do i import them from different tilesets?
