Imported spell not working

The spell is not working for me, so i want to know, what i did wrong...
1. I copied all the custom things (units and spells)
2. I coped the spell folder
but for some reason it doesnt work (only a bit but doesnt do what its supposed to do)

You should have this:

• (Ability being cast) Equal to Ball Lightning

And change these to the dummy lightning ability:

• Unit - Add Ball Lightning to (Last created unit)
• Unit - Set level of Ball Lightning for (Last created unit) to BL_Level[BL_MUI3]
