~~Important Spell Question~~

Hello, I am trying to make heroes, and there are all different types. I need help. If you have played Island Defense, for example..and if you were the ice magnataur..you see when you click on him, the book thing. If you click on it, it will bring you to a full thing of spells. How do you make an ability that is like the book of spells item?? Like when you click on it and it has even more abilities in it, because heroes can only have 5 abilities, but if you have the ability, that is the book of spells type, you can have 11 spells in it, plus 4 outside!

Uh...does that work to make the ability?? or is it an item that i will be using. Can you step by step it?? plz
