Import Limit?

For triggers, I don't think so.
For imports, it depends. If your map is single player, or won't be played multiplayer, then you're free to make it 10gb in size. But if it's meant to be played with other players, then the limit of map file size is 8mb.

There is but it requires local files enabled (which requires editing the registry) and some file modification or something, Dat-C3 has a tutorial for this. Newgen also lets you enable local files via a drop menu which is super handy. But it's more inefficient because it requires everyone to have the local file enabled just to play 8+ mb maps.

On topic, importing things is basically limitless in single player and likewise in multiplayer until it hits 8mb.
