Well I didn't update the EMails so long,
and this is what I got when I opened Thunderbird:

1000 from HWS, 158 were private messages o_o sick.

That's cause your subcribing every thread you post in.

Just go into your User CP and change the subscription way to 'Don't subscribe' or 'Don't mail'.
