Idea for Site Layout

This is just an idea for the site layout I had.
Is it possible for the advertisement at the top right to be moved? It is quite annoying.
I'm talking about this:

If this can be shifted, than here is the idea I propose.
Since I doubt really many people look at the bottom of the website, I'm talking about this part:

That it can be altered with the affiliated websites split across the bottom with the advertisement ontop, like this:

If this cannot be altered, I'm sorry for wasting your time.
If it can, this is an idea I want to run by you and see if you like it.
I'm sorry that it does look a bit scrappy, I did use MSPaint. But I am sure with balancing it out more(leave that to you guys) it could look much better!

I agree. The top is always seen and why have it there when you can hide it at the bottom. Might as well shrink the ads and in this way the site will still get funds with the ads but no one will look at them.

Exactly why I proposed the idea so we don't have to put up with the annoying adverts all the time but still get money for sponsoring.

Erm dude... you're a new guy, but here's a News Flash for ya: AEariler we had both ads up where it is now and down there where you pointed out. Ralle removed the lower one for some reason.
And Ralle won't get paid if none will click on ads, so that one aws just not profiting...
