Go into Advanced> Game Interface > Icon - Command - Basic Structure (Undead). Then you can set the icon to whatever you want.

I was just messing around to try and get you an answer but I couldn't get that method to work either...

[EDIT] Strange thing is the method is good, I've used it to change the icons for gold and lumber in my game successfully. It seems like the icon you were pointed at is wrong in some way...
