Icon Problems

Hey guys when ever i try to use a icon for new models, spells... it works fine untill my hero die if he got a new icon it just turn green and with spells when i click "F10" or the other menues the spell icons turn green too.

Do eney of you guys know what to do? plz help me

You haven't made DISBTN. Every icon should have at least 2 states: Disabled and Active. They must have same name (with BTN and DISBTN prefixes) and path for importing them looks like this:

ReplaceableTextures\CommandButtons\BTNYourIconName.blp
ReplaceableTextures\CommandButtonsDisabled\DISBTNYourIconName.blp
