Icon Changing on XP

Look at the shortcut named "Need for Speed - Most Wanted"

The original icon is :

But it changed to Avast icon

Is this often happen? have you ever experienced this?

yeah, sometimes
i change it back through properties though and it's never happened again

weird, i click something with "open with" but something like this never happens
