I need some skill animations ^^

[Skills] Need some Skills/Spells *Total noob t.t*

Hey guys!
I wanted to suggest a new hero for DotA or maybe for something else ^^
I found a model and icon at wc3sear.ch and thought of skills.
Now I need someone who can make this skills in the World Editor for me because im a totally noob in that ;_;

Here are the Skills i thought of so far:

Shadow Bolt (Target: Location)
Throws a Bolt of Poison to a certain location,slowing down and damaging units in its path.
Slows Movement Speed by 20% for 2seconds, has a range of 800. Units hit and damage increase with each level.

Level 1: Hits 2 Targets. 10 Strike Damage/20 Duration Damage
Level 2: Hits 3 Targets. 20 Strike Damage/20 Duration Damage
Level 3: Hits 4 Targets. 20 Strike Damage/35 Duration Damage
Level 4: Hits 5 Targets. 25 Strike Damage/50 Duration Damage

Note: This Skill is aimed like e.g. Elunes Arrow. It flies its path until the 800 range or until it hit 2/3/4/5 targets.

Copy (Target: Hero)
Aiura steals an Ability from a friend or foe.
Can only steal an active ability.

Level 1: 3 seconds
Level 2: 4.2 seconds
Level 3: 5 seconds
Level 4: 6.5 seconds

Note: Alright this is easy explained but im not sure if this is able to be coded =/
If this is a bad idea tell me, i can think of another skill ^^.

Shadow Slash (Target: Like e.g. a Stomp)
Aiura turns around, swinging her sword around her.
Deals damage to an area around her

Level 1: 100 Damage
Level 2: 220 Damage
Level 3: 290 Damage
Level 4: 360 Damage

ULTIMATE:

Silent Assasin (Activate)
Aiura becomes an Silent Assasin killing enemys more easy.
If activated gains Permanent Invisibility and Assasinate. Also gains Movement Speed

Level 1: Lasts 4 Seconds. +30 Movement Speed
Level 2: Lasts 5 Seconds. +50 Movement Speed
Level 3: Lasts 6 Seconds. +75 Movement Speed

Skills gained:

Permanent Invisibility:
Aiura becomes Permanently Invisible to get behind her enemies.

-1 Second fade time at all levels.

Assasinate: (Passive)
Aiura is specialised(sorry dunno how to spell x_X) in killing enemies silently from behind.
Deals a great amount of damage if she hits an enemy from behind.

Level 1: 250 damage from behind.
Level 2: 350 damage from behind.
Level 3: 500 damage from behind.
