I need help to create a trigger.

I want to make a custom spell that makes a unit invulnerable for a few seconds. Something similar to Divine Shield. But Divine Shield only works in the unit that uses it. To make a custom spell like this is simple, but i need triggers to make the unit invulnerable while the effect of the spell is on.

I made this trigger, but after the effect of the spell ends, the unit remains invulnerable.

Simple soulution that works if there's just one unit that has the ability and ability cooldown is greater than duration:
add

• Wait (duration)
• Unit - Make (Target unit of ability being cast) vulnerable
