if this isnt the right place tell me and i wont do it agian but how do u make polls?

When you make a thread, scroll down a bit and you will find a box that can be ticked. Next to this box it says something like "make this thread a poll" and you also have the option to set the number of options.

I'm sorry for my bad explanation, I have never made a poll, I just sort of know how.
