I can't play my map?

Yes, you need to set the file permissions so the WarCraft III process has sufficient permissions to read the file.
Additionally, make sure the file path is not too long. WarCraft III will ignore maps with a very long file path. File path is the length of the name of the map and the names of any sub-folders it is in from the Maps folder.
