human upgrade to worgen

Hello people I came to ask for something

I am doing a map melee in which I intend to use worgens and want to Upgrade so they can transform from human to worgen
and I need an icon to do this upgrade
If someone has an icon already ready or know how to make one and you have some idea

at the moment so I have 3 worgen models
a footman, peasant and villager

good I wanted a Worgen Curse icon this icone you showed ai serves more as a skill
