Human Troll

Can someone make a skin of a human troll, I need to replace a forest troll skin. I could make the skin but I also need the troll to have human ears, because it would not be realistic with troll ears. I need it as native american mohican. Because native Americans are browny make the skin the color of sand troll.

I can not use it. It should not have a beard, the beard is brown, the skin is too pale for a native, it has steel armour and the ears are elven.
