67chrome: Still looks like an incoherent blob. This skin needs more definition and work to get the approval state, a little work with the wrap would be nice as well (were it tappers to a point). See if you can find any tutorials on cloth, checking out icons would probably help as well, as this skin is largely the same size. Also, if the dimensions are to small to work with just increase them

pretty kewl considering the size you where given to work with ^^ i'm likeing it
it seems that you did all you possibly could for a flag and not make it not rediculous i suppose.
prehaps make the simbol stand out abit more, maybe darken it, so it's easier to make out. i'm staring at it from under 5 centiometers and still can't quite tell what it is, but i'll go ahead and guess that it's a tower? anyway thats propably down to my eyesight being rubbish.

Intriguing. I like flags.
However the tower symbol is kinda simple, yet interesting.

I suggest that you make this skin in a higher resolution so you make your definitions more clarified.
Plus you should be aware of how the wrap on the flag is, because I can see that the white edges are cut off on the lower part of the flag.

DvO is right. Higher resolution is the key to success.
Plus you should make the tower look more like a toqwe and less like ice cream.
The edges are a serious problem, but if you will wokr on it, it will be a success.

I'd recomend doubling the size of this skin so you have room to work with. The blue seems to bright, tone it down a little. And define the symbol on the flag a lot more, right now the skin looks really blurry. Changing the boarder to a diferent color than white might be a good idea as well

I have changed the colors, sharpened the icon and tried to define the tower more.
The corners that are cutted off is not changeable, blizzard's flags do that too.

But you can draw the skin to fit the wrap.

And the tower still looks like a dildo.
I'd suggest you to make the skin in a higher resolution to make it easier for you to draw a more defined looking tower.

probably it will look better if you double the size
it won't take much more size if compressed/paletted with 3 colors only

I was tired to always use the same blue and white flags.
