[Spell] Howl Attack each other Spell

Hey guys its me again -.-'' sorry.I hope its right section well I need to create a spell based on Howl Of Terror when it casted all allied units will attack each other for few seconds,but I have no idea how to do it and I cant find something like this in ''Spell'' category so I decided to ask here can you guys help me ?

Oh that's a bit complicated...
Search for a custom taunt/fear spell in the spell section, they work similar and can be adapted to make taunted/feared units attack friendlies instead of enemies/idling.

I do believe there were a few good fear spells around.
