Can I run Street Fighter 4 in min details and resolution, with this specs:

Windows XP Service Pack 3
Intel Core 2 Duo 2.00 GHz
GeForce 8200M G 512 MB

I don't know why am I asking this, since the last time I checked the benchmark, I had about 4 FPS. Is there any way to make the game... run playable?

As the system requirements are
OS: Windows XP/Vista
Processor: Pentium 4 @ 2 GHz
Memory: 1 GB
Hard Drive: 10 GB Free
Video Memory: 256 MB (nVidia GeForce 6600/ATI Radeon X1600)
Sound Card: DirectX Compatible
DirectX: 9.0c
Keyboard & Mouse
DVD Rom Drive

Your computer should be able to run it on the worst graphics.
Try deleting some crap on the computer, it may run better.

I don't understand why.
4 Frames Per Second is really low...

But removing random unused crap does in fact help making your computer run faster.

Try Quit/Exit any thing like Xfire, Fraps, anything at all.

Also - Run - MSconfig, then go to BOOT.INI and disable things you don't need.

Right, as the laptop boots up, a screen should quickly appear stating it's maker:

E.g. TOSHIBA (logo), at the bottom there should be some text saying something like

Press "Button" to enter BIOS or SETUP

Click that button next time you boot up (you'll probably be to late the first time)

Once in, you have to navigate with the keyboard, be very careful not to mess with anything your not about! Somewhere you will find the graphics chip settings, select this and set memory allowance or a similar field to the maximum.

EDIT: Hold on and I'll check my laptop.

OK, my laptop is an ACER ASPIRE 5310 with an onboard graphics chip; GMA 950

To access my bios, it says F2, this WILL most likely be different for you.

I can't tell you what to change in the BIOS or where it will be as it differs dramatically depending on the motherboard and please don't do anything you are uncomfortable with, I give you this information trusting that you'll use it at your own discretion, don't hold me liable for any damage done to your machine.

Besides that, I hope it helps ;)

But I am using a laptop.

Oh i forgot lol.

Well then it just won't work. Gaming laptops are like 1200 euros =p

4 FPS on low settings will never even get over 10 improving it software-wise.

I can for example win a few FPS on my PC by setting priority and overclocking my videocard and processor etc.. but on a laptop this probably is a no-go unless you have xxodd or something.
