How to use the Demon Hunter Metamorphosis model?

Im creating a new hero and i was wanting the model to be the demon hunter's metamorphisis model. But i'm not sure how, most of the attempts i've made have just had the default DH model. Can anyone shed light on this? Is it even possible? Any help would be greatly appreciated.

You would need to use the ALTERNATE art.

Yeah i tried that, i put alternate in required animation names and left the others blank, but that got no result. Anything more in depth?

try copy the metamorph from the nightelf illidan model.
