How to submite maps in this site ?

I have a great map. It is about 2,5 mb (maybe less). But i am NEW at this site.
Where can i put my map ? What must i do to submit it ?
I don't have tine to read all forums. :?:

Click on Maps. Then you should know what to do. If not, I'll have to shoot you, because it's glaring at your face once you reach the page. ;P

Yeah, of course you don't have time to search the whole forum. But you could read that STICKY staring at you on the top of this forum
