How to save a moving picture"

Well I have wanted a moving picture to be my profile pic like @Ralle's profile pic changing color so how do we save a animating picture?

I doubt this is in the right section.
The movie pictures are .gif extension so once you find a gif you want the rest should be self-explanatory

So I will find a .gif extention can I find one in google?

Right-click -> Save As -> "filename.gif"

Be noted that not all gif can move.

To clarify. It has to be a gif containing multiple frames/images, an animated gif.

Be aware gif has a few limitations such as all frames must be the same resolution and each frame is limited to a 256 colour index. It is generally not recommended to use gif as they has similar compression properties to AVI (as good as no compression/compressability) and so take a very long time to download on slow internet connections.
