First of all, don't name your thread "help meee!"
This is just frustrating. Name it something that has to do with your question.

Now, to the question. There is MANY tutorials on this site how you get the models and skins to work, but i'll go through it in very basic.

1. download skin/model+skin for model.

2. Import them into your map using the import editor.

3. Change the texture for the skins by doubleclicking on them, press the little box and write the texture path(which you find where you downloaded the skin/model)You may not use 2 skins for the same model! to do this u will have to read the tutorial...

4.Save your map.

5.Close WE(or open another map)

6.Open WE and your map again.

7. If it's a skin, select the model that the skin is replacing it's textures for(for example a skin for the lich, choose lich)
If it's a model, go to the middle of the three scrolls in the change model menu, and select the model u want.

8. done! if it does not work, you've done it wrong. Read tutorials man.

Okay, first download the desired skins and models and place them somewhere safe. (Such as the Maps Directory in Warcraft III)

Then, using a tool that can unzip folders (most Windows Programs have a default one. If you don't, use Google to search for a downloadable one.) and extract the folder somewhere safe.

Now, open up World Editor and press F12 to open up the Import Manager.
Click on the "Import File" icon at the top of the manager, browse through your computer and click on the skin/models to import them.

Once this is done, open up the Object Editor and open up the unit you want to put the skin/model on.

Now, scroll down the the editor until you reach "Art - Model File" which is near the top. Double-click on it and click on the white bar next to the "Import" text, and click on the model/skin you downloaded.

If this doen't work, change the File Path name of the imported skin/model in the Import Manage by double-clicking on the skin/model file and ticking the "Use Custom Path" box and insert your own name. Then, try again.

I hope this helped you.
