First you need to go into the sound editor and define which sound you want to play and add it to the right then:
Event Unit Finishes/Begins casting/chanelling an ability
Condition Ability being cast equal to yourspellname
Action Play sound on casting unit 100% volume
You should play the sound on the casting unit cause that causes a feeling that the soun is coming from the spell and not from everywhere,also try using 3D sounds.
Override an ingame sound, like Abilitys/Spells/Human/Avatar/Avatar (what path might look like, I'm just spitballin cause my pc is broken), and then theres somthing for most abiltys, like ability sound effect, and change it to avatar.
