[Trigger] How to play sound when an ability is used?

i would like to know how to make a sound play when a certain ability is used i've tried alot that have failed

i tried using the sound thing on object editor but it don't bring up custom sounds:asad:

First you need to go into the sound editor and define which sound you want to play and add it to the right then:
  • Event Unit Finishes/Begins casting/chanelling an ability
  • Condition Ability being cast equal to yourspellname
  • Action Play sound on casting unit 100% volume
You should play the sound on the casting unit cause that causes a feeling that the soun is coming from the spell and not from everywhere,also try using 3D sounds.

  • Actions
    • Sound - Play <SOUND> at 100.00% volume, attached to (Casting unit)
