[General] How to place a walkable doodad in lowered water

was making a lake for my fishing ability and i cant seem to walk on the pier that is placed on lowered water, i tried using ramps but i still could not go out to the sea. Anyone help me ?

You could use Invisible Platforms, found in Bridges/Ramps and adjust the height with Ctrl + Page Up/Down.
