how to only use a specific tile?

Hey, I downloaded this tileset here: North_rock.blp
but creating streets on a big map is exhausting because the tiles get generated randomly...is it possible to make it only place specific tiles I actually need atm?

under the tile preview under the minimap, untick the use random tile thing
