[JASS] How to modify and increase the limit of this css system?

I'm asking because I can't figure out the equation he used to stack abilities. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

It's hardcoded into the system. If you wish to change it you need a geater level of programming ability

Okay thanks, figured It was however I wanted a second opinion to see if I missed something. I'll just duplicate the system code with higher abilities.
