How to merge 2 models?

I want to add a shield to a razormane. xD

No need to merge it, just add the shield as an attachment.

Import the shield model into your map, create an ability based on Orb of Fire with its damage set to zero, replace the Model part of the ability with your imported model instead of the fire effect, set the attachment point to "hand,left" and give that ability to your Razormane unit.
