How to make slower effect animation?

Hello, i downloaded this (http://www.hiveworkshop.com/forums/models-530/rejuvenationtarget-49798/?prev=t=8&r=200&d=icon&page=3) model for my personal map, but this effect is really speedy and i want to have it slow. How can i change duration of animation or something like that?

Is there way to have it simple without triggers?

(I am not able to work in model editor.)

EDIT: This effect is on Target Unit and that unit will still lives and moves.

I think there is this : native SetUnitTimeScale takes unit whichUnit, real timeScale returns nothing that maybe can help you

This is for unit (or am i wrong?) but i want it for effect.

There is no solution AFAIK for effect sorry :/

For effects only it's impossible unless you modify the effect file itself.
I haven't done it in a while so I'm not 100% sure, but iirc you can create a dummy with the desired effect as model and use SetUnitTimeScale.
Maybe even attached effects are influence by this. Try it.
