how to make an item which reveals invisible units when you press it i tried with reveal but didnt worked well

add the gem of true sight ability to the unit who uses the item.

There already is an item called Dust of Appearance in the game? It's sold at the Orc Voodoo Lounge building in melee games..

It's already there.
Object Editor > Miscellaneous > Dust of Appearance.

But be careful, when the enemy blademaster realizes that you saw him he will go rampage ~
Maybe its better to back up and get your talons before you attack him
