How to make buildings be on brick or tile

there is a field in object editor, its Art - Groundtexture there you can change it

Ignore that idiot, just change the collision to 0 and find the field that says "Placement Requires" and uncheck everything that is checked.

Not sure if the collision part is necessary.

EDIT: Sorry about the idiot thing, I don't mean it, I just don't like it when people try to help but are wrong. It's really misleading to the mapper. >.<
 
I think its Art-Groundtexture, too.
It works for me, I just tested it.
By the way, how is that collision thing going to help him?
It will create kinda ghost building...
