How to Make AI cast Spells

Hey guys I am making a boss-fight themed map everything was cool but I got a problem that I cant fix.The bosses doesnt use spells i gave them spells like summon dragons,firebolt but all they do is just attack they cant cast spells I tried to make them neutral hostile but they still cant cast spells.The Bosses are Player 12 ( Brown ) right now any idea how to fix it ?
