How to make a unit cast a custom spell

I know it's nooby, but I just don't know how to do it. It is probaly very simple, but can someone tell me how? I would be VERY gratefull (and give you rep of course )

It's in unit actions. Use the blizz spell that the custom one is based on. Like: Unit - Order yourunit to cast Paladin - Divine Shield
