how to make a map bigger than 256x256

I think you can with WEU but I cannot remeber, anyhow what kind of map are you making that you need a map larger then 256x256?

yes all that weu allows to do is extend one boundary over the traditional 256. the map are still has the same limit, and therefore the other boundary has to be decreased to meet the requirements.there are porbably other ways to do it, but the easiest way to make the map seem bigger, is decrease the size of everything. for example, if you decrease the size of objects to .5 on the map, then a 256 x 256 map basically becomes 512 x 512. the cameras will have to be adjusted properly to zoom in, so everything does not look tiny though.

agreed. it will have a good effect. your mountains will look like mountains, and your trees would look like trees. not a hero being 3/4 the height of a tree.
