How to make a Event as in LTA (Solved)

Hello!
Im a big LTA/Azeroth Wars fan and look to create a map based on that style of gameplay. My event thingy needs to display a text and spawn something or give a hero something but I need help with it as Im not familiar with triggers etc.
If someone wants to help me out it is really appreciated.

Firstly, you should check the http://www.hiveworkshop.com/forums/tutorials/ (Tutorials section) to find out how to use Triggers, seeing as the main problem is you are unable to create the triggers from the lack of knowledge. Secondly, check the Tutorials section.

Hey Meez, in addition to the post above me, I'd like to show you a trick to creating a trigger: work on the logic first, then the trigger.

Logic:
- When/how does it happen?
- Who is doing it?
- What happens?

Those then become a trigger:
- Events
- Conditions
- Actions

I feel like your question is way too vague for us to answer somewhat shortly.

You're basically saying "help me learn math"
Reading through the GUI tutorials for starters seems to be where you should be going.
