How to make a spell casting bar.Like the one present in WoW

The spell name is not required.Just the bar,if it is not possible to show in that position.Can it show on the casting unit overhead?

You can't just shout "No! Not that one!" without any further explanation.
What's wrong with that system?

Here are some custom bars:
Progress Bar 1
Progress Bar 2 (this one comes with a test-map).

Besides that, I've found a lot of systems that create a custom bar in the spells section. Did you take a look at those?

I think what he wants is the cast bar to appear above the bottom UI, like it appears above spell bar in WoW.
If that is so, I think you can create a flying unit that has model of the spell bar and every 0,03 second save loc of player's camera and move the unit accordingly. That might bug when player is looking at part of map outside map border (the blackened part) as units are usually not able to get in there (might be bypassed by turning collision off?)
