How To Loop Unit Animation With Ability As An Event?
  • Kishin Copy Copy 2
    • Events
      • Unit - Fei 0002 <gen> Begins casting an ability
    • Conditions
      • (Ability being cast) Equal to Kishin
    • Actions
      • Animation - Change Fei 0002 <gen>'s animation speed to 500.00% of its original speed
      • Animation - Play Fei 0002 <gen>'s Attack - 1 animation
      • Special Effect - Create a special effect at (Position of Fei 0002 <gen>) using Abilities\Spells\Human\Defend\DefendCaster.mdl
      • Sound - Play kishinattack <gen> at 100.00% volume, attached to Fei 0002 <gen>
now the problem is that when i put a periodic time on event it wont do anything so pls help
 
Set it to - Unit starts the effect of an ability.

Your animation probably won't loop because your ability Kishin already has an animation that is played AFTER the trigger you are using occurs.
 
remove the Attack 1 animation and leave the others

if you want to add an animation when a spell is casted go into

Object Editor - Abilities - Spell you want , and on the first line you see there add the animation attack 1 ;) this will play animation + sound + animation speed
