How to let dummy cast Stormbolt on Spell-Immune Unit?

I heard that if the spell is an ultimate one, then the dummy can cast it on spell-immune unit. But I changed the spell level above 4 and it still didn't work.

Yes, you can. I can do that if I let the hero cast it, but not dummy.

Are you sure the dummy do the order properly? try to let it cast to normal unit.

Seems that the person changed the required level field to >1 and it then renders it an ultimate thus allowing for the stunning of magic immune
