How to let Ai Learn the skill I made for them?

I am from Malaysia, my english not really good
but as the title wrote
I had a problem with this
I added "attribute bonus" for all the heros in world editor
and my max level is 100.
after they lvl 10, then won't auto learn the "attribute bonus"
I want to know how to let ai learn tht, like dota, ai will learn all the skill T.T

who can help me?
if posible make a video for me in youtube will be better, plsssss
