[General] How to increase the dimension of a map after creation?

Try it, I've never crashed my test maps for spells when I resize them (there's a limit to size though).
 
Sorry, I haven't done anything like that yet. I think you need a timer for that, check if the spells are cast before the timer timeouts. Not sure how to do that though, good luck.
 
try to use JNGP NewGen World Editor, you can change the map size and/or dimensions to any size you want... just go to Scenario > Map Size and Camera Bounds, check the modify map bounds then change the size by just clicking the arrows

BTW: do you know how to make combo spells?
For example: I have 3 spells:A, B and C.
If I cast A--> B ---> C: 100 damage
B----> A ---> C: 200 damage
Yes chobibo is right, you would use a timer for checking if the ability is being cast, you can use a buff checker so If Unit has specific buff Equal to ( == ) inner fire then elseif blabla.
