How to get a unit's attack speed/damage/armor?

Such functions don't exist. Triggering unit in Jass is GetTriggerUnit().

For detecting armor read this.
For detecting unit's damage see this.
For attack speed I recommend reading this.

you cannot trigger the armour but you may trigger the speed and damage via >>> UnitDamageTarget and SetUnitMoveSpeed respectively...
