how to fix some custom model?

guys, i have a question...
i export a model from war3 viewer, then i add some animation from other models, work jst fine but the final mdx result is around 400kb

can it be lowered a bit? or the models come with some texture inside of it? which make the size bigger?
since texture and etc is already provide by war3,

also seems like the camera is a bit offset from the real position.

can i have some suggestion or fixed better model for this....

hmm so tht MdlVis is to optimize the model? what it does?
and about the camera? usually what makes it slightly off the real position before?

Mdlvis is used for many things. Mdlvis is the best tool for me. It is used for vertex editing and also animating models. The rest of your question, I dont understand. But I'm glad I helped

and... umm the camera? i still dont get it. when i try in game
the protrait display jst not right as usual
wht makes it like tht?

I mean u could teach me how to fix those portrait and something important if im going to mod some model
